''Coleophora pennella'' is a moth of the Coleophoridae family. It is found in most of Europe. The wingspan is 15–20 mm. Adults are on wing from June to July.〔(UKmoths )〕 The larvae feed on ''Anchusa officinalis'', ''Cynoglossum officinale'', ''Echium italicum'', ''Echium vulgare'', ''Lithospermum officinale'', ''Myosotis'', ''Nonea'', ''Onosma'', ''Pentaglottis'', ''Pulmonaria officinalis'' and ''Symphytum officinale''.
